Hello everyone. This is the 1-Year Later Review of TextNow's Free Talk and Text cellphone plan that was launched in the USA in 2020. For some people, it have been hard times coming. We seen the pandemic come and cause all sorts of situations with the way we live today. People have lost their jobs, homes, finances, and kids have been remotely learning ever since. For those of us that been having problems and hard times keeping up with bills and payments, one bill for sure should not be giving anyone stress and depression is your cellphone bill! For over an decade now calls and texts have been free over the use with WiFi connections or even at home internet services. But what about when you are away from WiFi or home and need to make calls to see if your child is ok or wanting to book a room at a hotel or job interviews? Well, for the past year all of this has been possible even away from your nearby wifi. TextNow has provided thousands of customers free talk and text over a Nationwide Network (Sprint) and T-Mobile Network. Now based on this Nationwide Network, not all customers and consumers would be able to take advantage of this offer due to mobile devices not compatible taking full advantage of the network and coverage. This maybe the one of a few cons to the service. Not that many let downs to this service as other companies have tried but failed to bring a good free service to EVERYONE. One awesome thing about this service is that you do not need nor have to be on government assistance to take advantage of the plan. All you all have to do is download ONE app from the app store of choice (Google and Apple) and watch the magic happen! You get free unlimited talk and text over wifi or with using the Free Coverage feature. This is the first official of its kind to offer unlimited talk and text together. Most free services only offered roughly 100 minutes of talk time and maybe 500 texts to about 1,000 messages a month. Once you ran out of the minutes and messages, you were running for the hills to find wifi or you were out of luck. So the unlimited part is a major win! Below are some cool features that TextNow offers with this free calling and texting plan and free video calling (Over WiFi only). Read below the list of cool features that are included in the TextNow app.

As you can see, this free cellphone service has a lot to offer more than lose. Is it for EVERYONE? Its for those that realize they are overpaying on their monthly cellphone bills and for those that just need to make calls and texts without having to search for WiFi. So in this case, yes, this cellphone service is for everyone. Who would turn down $0/monthly phone plan? Ok, so maybe those who don't have home internet or available WiFi in their area rather its home, school, or work. One more reason, Sprint Network. Sigh... We get it. But if the Sprint Nationwide network or T-Mobile GSM Network is good in your area, this service will work just fine for you. Since there is less traveling today due to the circumstances why would consumers keep throwing away money and are unable to pay for essentials? Calls and texts are essentials. They should be 100% for free! If you feel this is a joke, see for yourself and download the TextNow app today from the Google Play Store or Apple's App Store and sign up.
Below are a few videos to watch on how all of this stuff works. One more thing, there are some hidden gems below too once you get past the video clips. You are all in for a special treat! If you have any questions and concerns please feel free to leave a comment under this post.

ReplyDeleteSomehow I managed to get the Soundcloud app to work streaming music. I had it on WiFi at first and then once I left WiFi, it was still streaming the music and podcasts.
DeleteThis free talk and text service seems like a beast for all that it can do. Having unlimited talk and text is the #1 thing that pops out. FreedomPop never offered that outside the fact if both users were on Fredompop service then it was unlimited. But outside of that it was 200minutes and 500 texts. Use to like FreeUp Mobile service when they had the free plan. You gotten at least 1000 minutes and texts plus 100MB of free data. But yup. TextNow is definitely the clear winner here.
