Not sure whats taking At&t and prepaid side of things to catch up on having newer budget phones or even new phones at that. But the best budget phone and deal you can on At&t prepaid in Walmart is the Moto G Pure for $9.98 with in store activation. You also have to choose their $40 plan in or order to get this phone for less than $10. I myself would've rather pick this phone up on Cricket in Walmart with a $35 plan get the same phone for just $0! But what are your thoughts about this? Does At&t not care anymore and did get the Moto Pure for $0 on cricket wireless instead of At&t prepaid? Both can be found in Walmart stores today.

Its called Motorola One 5G Ace! This has got to be one of the cheapest 5G phones of 2021 thus far. For new customers joining At&t prepaid and willing to get 5G plan, the starting price of the Moto One 5G Ace is a mere $129.99! Thats amazing. But the downside to this is that the already customers of At&t prepaid would have to settle for the $259.99 price tag of this phone at retail price. When it comes down to both prices this still isnt a bad deal! No, the phone isnt a flagship and flagship phones cost over $1000. So people can buy this phone outright without having to break the banks. Now below are some small notes to about the phone and its features. Yes the phone is 5G ready. So take some time to look at the price and specs below. Let me know your thoughts on rather or not you will buy or pass.

At&t and At&t Prepaid plans are at it again! Just a few months back I reviewed their $30 plan with 5GB of High-Speed data and going to give their $40 plan run next cycle. Now its 2021! Here they come with the Boom!!!! Yes. At&t Prepaid now offers their prepaid customers a new $300 plan with 20GB of High Speed data! You getting 20GB of high speed data for $25/month. But the key to this plan is that this $300 plan is a yearly or annual plan. But wait... Its a mobile hotspot and tablet plan. You get 20GB of data every month for 1 year. This is by far if not the best prepaid phone plan for just $300 for a year and or $25/month if you look at monthly. But it isn't a monthly or pay as you go plan. So with the 20GB data att prepaid you also get the feature Stream Saver which allows you to get high definition video using Standard Definition streaming. But At&t states on their website that you can turn this feature off if you want to stream in HD quality. You also are allowed to Add-On more data with this plan as well if needed. For instance, if your were down to just 2GB and the 30 days in the cycle are not up yet, you can add on more data for a small amount cash. You can add 3GB for $20 or you can add 1GB for $10. But you must use that Add On data up first before your next cycle. There is no Data Rollover option with the annual plan. I wish it was because that is still a neat feature. This is only available for their $40(15GB) and $30 (5GB) plans. With those plans also you get Data Sponsor and Video Streaming and Data Rollover. Another thing missing from the $300 phone plan is HBO MAX and At&T TV. It wont be Data Free and these services will go against your 20GB of data each month. The $40 and $30 plans allow you to use HBO Max and At&t TV without touching your data. So with all that being said and all of the new plans coming to At&t Prepaid, which of these would you choose if you had great coverage with At&t and you were on a budget? Below is the breakdown of the new $300 annual plan.

360 days upon payment of the plan charge. Plan will renew every 30 days for the 12 periods. Next payment will be due at 11:59 p.m. CST on the 360th day.
Data: 20GB of high speed data every 30 days.
Data Add-On: If you use up all of your high speed data, you can add on data for a low charge amount. Just make sure you have used almost all of your data before adding more to service. This Add-On data will be used first before the actual data plan finishes.
Video Streaming: This includes Stream Saver which will allow you to stream HD videos in Standard Definition quality. Stream Saver can be turned off at anytime if you decide to stream video in Full HD quality.
So. this $300 plan is for your mobile hotspot and tablets. But if you dont mind not having calls and texts with this plan and use all data. This is the right plan for you.

Hello everyone, this article talks about how to save some mobile data and how to protect yourself over unsecured Wifi and open Wifi connections. The application and service in discussion is called SAMSUNG MAX VPN. This is application was also known as Opera Max VPN years ago. Then Samsung acquired the service and application and renamed it Samsung Max VPN. As before its main goals is to help users save on data with their mobile plans and protect the devices over WiFi. Since then it has added new features and functions to the app and service. It now includes built-In app savings and built-in games. You also have options to change DNS and your location for VPN access. They also have a premium subscription where you can unlock more options and features. For now, I'm going to just stick with the freemium service and features of the app.
DATA SAVINGS FEATURES:
The data saving part is also available over WiFi as well. Using the Data Saving feature could be useful over at Home WiFi connections for those with a lot of devices connected and for people having buffering issues due to so many devices on the same network. Turning on this feature can free up some data for other users and devices. Not only that but using it on Wifi for test purposes to see well it works and if the apps you use can save on data.
For data saving on mobile data plans this could be useful for those on a low budget data plan (8GB of high speed data and under) and that have unlimited 2G data for things like browsing, emailing, and instant messaging. This mode will help even for those with or without data rollover. Because if you use this and have data rollover, your unused high-speed data can be carried over into the next billing cycle and that will free up more data and less use over WiFi connectivity. Carriers with rollover data are Google Fi, At&t Prepaid, US Mobile and Tracfone Wireless. This feature is best used for social media apps like Facebook and Instagram and also streaming apps and services like Youtube and Netflix. In most cases with using these apps with the Samsung Max VPN, you save up over more than 50% of your normal Data Usage! This would basically feel like free data! For the same price of a unlimited data plan or less. Now how cool is that!
NOTE:
If you are using a budget Android phone that includes Headphone Jack and FM radio, your music and podcasts are data free always. Also an app called HaystackNews TV will allow you to view local news streaming in offline modes without using up data. If you are on At&t Prepaid service, I also highly recommend signing up to HBO MAX or At&t TV for data Free movies and Live TV! These apps and services won't need the Samsung Max VPN app turned on to save on data plan.
